Ljjsilverbay is an online-only retailer. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our authorized third-party warehouse partners across the United States.

Shipping Locations

We currently only accept orders from the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience for international customers.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping and billing addresses are complete and accurate, including street number, apartment or suite, city, state, and ZIP code. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delayed, lost, or misdelivered packages. We are not responsible for packages affected by incorrect address information.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time

Processing time varies by product. Personalized or engraving orders may take 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use it to track your order on our website or through the courier’s portal.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact service@ljjsilverbay.com within 24 hours of placing it. Orders cannot be canceled after processing.

Taxes

Prices do not include sales tax. We do not charge tax at checkout.

Delayed or Lost Packages

We monitor all shipments and will assist with delays caused by weather or other uncontrollable factors. If a package is lost or missing, you must first contact the post office.
