1. Return Window
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Condition of Returned Items
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging including all accessories and manuals.
- Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts will not qualify for a refund.
3. How to Start a Return

- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- If approved, we will provide a return shipping label, return instructions, and the warehouse address.
- Include your order number on the package and share the tracking number.
- Returns without an order number or tracking info may be rejected.
4. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued within 2 business days to the original payment method.
- Funds usually appear within 5–7 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once processed.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or refund after inspection.
6. Exchanges
- We do not offer product exchanges.
- To receive a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Non-defective returns: Customer pays for return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Defective or damaged items: We cover return shipping with a prepaid label.
- No restocking fees are charged.

- Items returned without prior authorization
9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
- Refunds exclude original shipping charges.
- If reshipment is requested, the customer must pay for new shipping.

11. Order Cancellations

- Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible; returns can be made after delivery.
