1. Return Window

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging including all accessories and manuals.
  • Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts will not qualify for a refund.

3. How to Start a Return

    • Full name
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
  • If approved, we will provide a return shipping label, return instructions, and the warehouse address.
  • Include your order number on the package and share the tracking number.
  • Returns without an order number or tracking info may be rejected.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected:
    • Refunds will be issued within 2 business days to the original payment method.
    • Funds usually appear within 5–7 business days.
    • You will receive an email confirmation once processed.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or refund after inspection.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer product exchanges.
  • To receive a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Non-defective returns: Customer pays for return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Defective or damaged items: We cover return shipping with a prepaid label.
  • No restocking fees are charged.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items returned without prior authorization

9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
